I used AI Upscaling to enhance the pre-rendered cutscenes of blood money.

**UPDATE: 3/7/2021**
There was an issue with the game crashing when attempting to start the mission Amendment XXV when using the 4K version of my mod.
For those of who who already downloaded the 4K pack there is a single file to download that will fix this issue in the download section so you will not have to re-download the entire mod again.
For those of you just finding this mod you can download the 1.1 version of the 4K mod as this will include the fix inside of it.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have had on your playthroughs.
I used AI Video Upscaling software to "Enhance" the pre-rendered cutscenes in between levels in the game. Bear in mind it is not perfect by any means but I think it does improve some details in the cutscenes like close ups on characters and finer smaller areas where there is a lot of aliasing.
Screenshots are zoomed in a bit to show improvements to smaller details.
In the downloads there is a 4K Upscaled version which is the base version but I have also included a much smaller file size 1080p version for those who don't want to download 16gb of pre-rendered AI upscaled cutscenes.
