The very first mod manager for Hitman Blood Money to install select modded game files without replacing entire scene archives is here. Features backup and restore options, as well.

There are still some technical caveats which may impose themselves as errors or bugs, if any occur please report them by copying the log files from mod_manager_log.txt and pasting them in your post or bug report for ease of troubleshooting.
