Removes the circle around the lock target reticle

IMPORTANT TO KNOW:
This mod will remove the fx ring around both target lock AND zoom-in function, it is because in the game they share the same asset and you cannot have one without the other.


This mod works with Dot Reticle mod but will only affect the circle, no more fx around it.

FAQ:

Q: Can you make it disappear completely?
A: no, through tests I found that the target lock dot is explicitly used in a lot of different assets and even some of the UI elements, removing breaks multiple assets in the game.

Q: Can you change it's color ? 
A: As of right now I'm still looking for the parameter or material that controls its color as this is originally a black-and-white mask so changing the texture itself again will break other elements of the game, so look out for that in a future update
