Insomnia adds NPCs to the common rooms throughout the night!
Sadly, I haven't found a way to add students to the dorm rooms, they may require more extensive modding then just changing a couple values in a table.
Disclaimer: I've only had the time to test with a Slytherin character, but I assume should work for all. Let me know if it doesn't!
INSTALLATION
Move the .pak file to
*HogwartsLegacyRootFolder*/Phoenix/Content/Paks
THIS MOD MAKES CHANGES TO PhoenixShipData.sqlite
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER MODS THAT CHANGE PhoenixShipData.sqlite YOU WILL NEED TO USE THIS MOD MERGER IN ORDER TO RECEIVE THE CHANGES FROM EACH MOD. THANK YOU.
