Since Steam is tracking what you buy, and I already bought 3 items (for what are those, you can see them in my inventory), I'm not 100% sure how it will track for you. But still, its easier to get everything else here and then restarting your own NG+ to get last 3 items than getting everything on your own.
For this achievement you need to get all items that can be purchased for tokens. In my inventory you have enough to get all items - weapons, dyies and face paints. For armor dyes, no idea how exactly it works, just loot all my armor from chest and apply any token dye on any armor, eventually you will get them all.
Also, based on the comment section, with one save you can unlock all achievements that I already unlocked at that point. I would recomend you to use my save file once you are done with the rest of the achievements or you dont care about them that much.
