Play the whole game as 6-year-old aloy
This is actually relatively simple to implement, I just find a way to leave the mission area at the beginning of the game. Surprisingly, many missions including DLC can be completed normally. Although due to the inability to climb and hack, some mission could not be completed.
Play the opening with as adult aloy
In addition to the cutscenes, you can find that aloy can "grow up quickly" without any problems, and the game can be played normally.
Save file
slot1-Play as 6-year-old aloy
slot2-Play opening with as adult aloy
Just put the save file to C:\Users\%Username%\Documents\Horizon Zero Dawn\
delete the previous file(**Be sure to back up your save file)
