It allows for 1 hit to the cultivator (if it has 100% health) to not block progression. After that it should not receive any damage.

Note: 1. You can turn on/off features or change values in the plugin's config 2. If the hit would deal enough damage for it to break, it won't be blocked for example if you installed this mod when the building has only 1 hp left (tho I didn't actually test this case, only guessing based on the game's code) 3. If you have no electricity required enabled, it will say it's not connected, but it will still work (enemies won't spawn, etc.)
Installation Just throw the .dll file into <Game Folder>/BepInEx/plugins
Plugin's config: Creates after running the game with the plugin for the first time. After that it's available under <Game Folder>/BepInEx/config/BetterNoHarmCultivator.cfg
