Ibiza club vibes come to Bliss Bay - 19 Beachfront Dr
1st floor: Lobby, ticket booth, bar, dance floor Dj booth, VIP suite
2nd floor: Main bar, VIP tables, Karaoke room, beachfront deck
3rd floor: Master suite, roof deck

I have started playtesting, but I need to spend more time to verify that everything is working. Some things to consider:
Being in early access, I can not tag the lot as a community lot. The original building was residential. A few things remain from the original structure, but this was a major overhaul. Although Amnesia does not function as a community club that will automatically bring zois into the club, there is a decent workaround with the party feature that is currently available. If you go into "manage city", you can set up parties on the schedule screen and have 10 guests. I have only completed one party so far, but I need to spend more time fine-tuning the events. Although everyone showed up, things could have gone a lot smoother. When you set up parties, you can select the activities you want to focus on and prohibited activities. I selected "enjoy music", but the guests were spending time searching the entire building to turn on every speaker and jukebox they could find. Also, the first-floor VIP suite has a full kitchen, but half the guests walked around like zombies, nearly starving to death. I went back to schedule a second party and found more options on additional pull-down menus. There is a dancing option that will hopefully prioritize the dance floor and also options for eating and cooking.
Things overall are running smoothly. If you move a family in, there are 2 bedrooms in the top-floor master suite and another in the VIP suite. The main issue I had with initial playtesting was a few routing issues. All the doors have permissions on who can access them. I tried to set up the VIP suite with limited access, and the Master suite could only be accessed by family. I had a few doors that had "zois I know" access, but the zoi that set the options could not access the door. I'm not sure if the selections will carry over with the build file. If you have routing issues or want to change access, click on the door and select the option you want.
I also noticed that the karaoke machine and the food kiosks were sometimes hit or miss. There were times when they were fully functional and later inoperable. I could come back later, and they would be working again. There are also several steam closets that I am not sure what they do.
