Permissions and credits
Your IMP character, or all of them, if you have several (untested) become real leaders on the battlefield.

- IMP has commander reputation, gained and lost through battles. Starting reputation is zero. (rep = 0)
- Each killed enemy, each combat task completed give reputation to the leader.
- Each wounded or killed merc decreases the reputations

- merc recruitment restrictions:
- to recruit a merc you need to have an IMP
- IMP should have high leadership and wisdom
- high commander reputation
- if you have a disliked person on the team, the merc can still be hired, if commander has a high enough reputation (>=3)
- max number of hired mercs = 3 + 3*rep
- mercs will give you a discount (or charge extra) depending on the relations (see below).

- dynamic relations system: mercs in one squad form bonds with each other, including the squad leader.
- each kill improves merc relation to the commander (if any) and other mercs (spectacular kills)
- each wound and killed team mate decreases relations
- treating wounds improve relations
- high relations transform into likes (low into dislikes)
- already formed likes and dislikes can be lost

- combat tasks now:
- have no cooldowns
- combat task is given to a merc by an IMP, so you will need:
- an IMP squad leader
- merc should have high respect (relation) to the leader
- IMP always can give combat task to himself (no relations needed)
- you can choose which stat should the combat task develop
- the amount of combat tasks per battle is random, but depends on the commander reputation and leadership

- max level a merc can develop is now limited by the commander reputation (2+2*rep)

- the strength of enemy squads (strength in numbers) now depends on the commander reputation. High reputation increases number of enemies, you can change the numbers or disable it in the mod options.

- to counter bigger enemy squads you can hire more militia, depending on the commander reputation (configurable in options). Militia also is cheaper to train by 10% per rep, min cost: 100.

Something to consider:

- On harder difficulties enemies give more exp and more reputation.

- For the first battle the difference would be 1 on the easiest,  3  for the hardest. This means you can get 3*3 rep for the fist battle and if you make at least one kill with the imp you'll get some more. At 10 rep you gain a reputation level and can hire more mercs.

- you need reputation >=2  to start getting combat tasks in previously cleared sectors.
