Turquoise Hair Lucy Steel is no more.

Changes the panels used in the Philadelphia Seaside Stage gimmick to be accurate to the Steel Ball Run Shueisha Color Scans. All the images were copy and pasted from the Shueisha Color scans + a few minor adjustments.
I also highly recommend downloading the 'Steven and Lucy Manga Colors' mod by pavelguzhkov (Which changes the actual colors of Steven and Lucy's models), which you can find here:

Pretty simple UI mod that only took a few hours to do. I might do Rocky Mountain Village Panels next so it's a bit more accurate for whoever has the Green Gyro mod installed.
