Changed the SFX colors for the basic sfx, DIO(Part 3) and Jotaro, with other characters having simpler sfx recolors, subject to future change
Decided to split my portrait mod and menacing mod into two! So here we go! These sfx colors are taken straight from the manga from the original source, so simply just the reference that the devs made to the sfx, I am getting the colors from that specific panel and adding the color to the game, this mod changes the general sfx along with a few characters, dio being the most up to date, I will have to go back and fix all the other characters but their sfx still work, just are plain colors rather than more diverse.
