How can you add feathers to a dinosaur model? 
Please respond if you know how to

    i cant understand, u want using a mod u have download from nexusmods or u wanna create a new mod?
    I have feathered dino mods, of deinonychus, velociraptor, pteranodon, struthiomimus, gallimimus and proceratosaurus... Its a mod, name: feathered dinosaurs part 1, and i have never made a mod before lol soo, i can't help u with that, but if u wanna know how to install mod, i may... :) just reply my comment here...

      you can make feathers, but they will most likely not look like feathers

    uhh maybe you can try adding feathers by using particles in blender?
    i dunno i've never done modding before
