About this image

Im testing to see if I can edit the texture of the Gallimimus, by following Bestinslot's tutorial ( https://youtu.be/XtD2gFQTcmk ), but everytime I inject the texture file (gallimimus.pbasediffusetexture.png), and replace the ovl, my game crashes releasing the gallimimus. Does anyone know what I could be doing wrong?
