EPPF only adds the invisible fence, which hardly counts since technically there isn't a model for it. (Invisible, duh.) OP is referring to brand new, tangible models for fences.
The new fence models MrTroodon created would suffice, but they currently only replace the existing JW-era fences and aren't standalone.
For a New Species you have to use an existing Pack with matching Prefabs. Bc the smallest Pack with fences is ContentPDLC6, no one tried yet. I think its possible tho
