The Orthocone was a giant predator, the largest ever seen up to this time, reaching 11 meters in length. Although this is only an estimate of its size, since a complete fossil of the animal has never been found, only parts of its lake, even so, it is known that the Orthocone was huge.
It was similar to a giant squid, but unlike them, it featured a cone-shaped shell that covered its entire body.
The Orthocone had large eyes, but they were primitive eyes, for this reason it lived in deep waters where the sunlight barely reached, so instead of depending on its rudimentary sense of sight, it depended on another sense, it detected its prey through smell. Also in deep water it could maneuver much better than in shallow areas.
Once its prey was detected, it grabbed it with its tentacles, and carried it to its calloused beak where it crushed it. Their prey were trilobites, marine scorpions and smaller cephalopods.

This prehistoric animal is my favorite but I'm learning to create content and I still don't know how to model it, when I finally remembered its name, I wanted to have it in the game, grs for reading <3
