So I've recently been having a problem with Dinos in JWE2. Although the Dinosaurs will still show up on the Park Map and will boost appeal, their in game models are invisible. Initially this started a few weeks ago with the Leedsicthys mod, although after a few computer restarts I managed to make it work. In spite of this a few days ago in a different park my feathered Compys, Yi Qi, unmodified Sinosauroptyerx, and unmodified Moros would appear invisible. Then it spread to my unmodified Lystro, Thrinaxodon, Drepanosaurus, Irritator, and the Wiehvanator(I know that's not how it's spelled but its name is hard to remember). Now this isn't universal as they be fine on other parks and in the species viewer. They will also sometimes work with maybe say the Moros working but not the Compys and Lystros working. No matter what it's still annoying and I have no idea how to fix it.
