   Tbh, the DLC isn't that interesting anymore. We are mostly trying to do some stuff with prefabs (which we weren't able to extract before), and are trying to "understand" all the new stuff. It's not really the "We do it because we can", it's rather "We do it because of learning how the stuff is working". When we figured out what to change we basically can make a New Species with every creature, no matter which content pack. And btw, Inaki is making a prefab tool rn, which will make us able to edit the file easier. It will still take some time until everything is done for the first fully working New Species, but I don't think it'll take too long.

      the good thing is that with prefab editing we even could make stuff, other than New Species, like Sceneries, buildings and that stuff.

      I'm assuming this tool is..HOPEFULLY update proof? It would be a massive shame if Frontier could break every mod out there with any update. 
      
      I'm not sure how it could be update safe

   Can you imagine if Frontier released a DLC with an inferior Mega? God that would be hilarious

   I wanna know if someone is able to change the grass, sand (etc) textures, like in the fire JWE. Because they make the game look so much better!

   I'm not so interested in new species myself, more in objects to design the terrain such as waterfalls that can be freely set (to create streams), fallen trees, etc. But it would also be great that this standalone Objects are. So keep it up, you will make it.
   
   And of course I'll use interesting new species too.
