What's this? Oh no, the Alectrosaurus seems to be missing it's pattern! Could you help me design a pattern that would suit it? Leave pattern ideas down below.

All jokes aside, this is the Alectrosaurus and I've no ideas for a pattern. Coming in about 6-7 business months.



For anyone curious, the Australia Pack is done and is being updated to the current version of the game.

    Make the pattern color the brow ridge, and maybe a striping on the legs and on the face.

    I think Jaguar esq spots within the stripes themselves would be nice, but adding roughness to the animal itself would look better than any colorwork, this is a gorgeous skin rn anyways

    Maybe the pattern can be some kind of highlight within the striping of the base

    The pattern on your base skin needs some sort of blending. It misses some roughness. Right now it looks a bit too much like a literal paint job.

    Honestly just something like having the pattern color the eye ridges and/or some of the stripes on the face would probably be enough. As Selv said the base skin pretty much has it covered, so really just having it for minor color variation is enough. Looks fantastic even without one though, nice work.

    with so much going on on the base skin, it hardly needs a pattern. so maybe something that would obscure or blend with parts of it? like a gradient covering the whole back or just the spaces between the stripes and fading towards the underside?

    also hell yea for the australia pack!
