Make sure to flatten the ground before you start placing these objects. Otherwise items will not be placed properly. After placing the items you may modify the terrain as per your need. If you are facing difficulties with placing an item to the correct elevation, you may need to adjust the ground and then try again. Also enabling “Terrain Contour Lines” and it will help you to correctly place and edit the terrain.
These items have their own hitboxes and therefore you don’t need to place the in-game fences to keep the T-Rex inside the paddock. For example, “Complete paddock building” will keep the T-Rex inside the paddock and the Paddock building with raised gates will allow the T-Rex to go out only through the gate. You can build a corridor with the wall pieces provided and build another enclosure nearby (like in the Movie) where it can go, this will help you to meet its space and environment requirements.
You can use one of 3 preset buildings or you can build your own paddock with the items provided, like a modular system.
