Changelogs
Version 1.11
Tree perches now properly provide Forest need (they only worked inside aviaries before).
For the tree huggers of the world. <3 This adds new tree decorations that work like the Aviary Perches. Currently it adds the following trees as individual decorations:
-Calamites. -Cycad. -Mossy log. -Oak. -Autum Oak. -Prickly Pear Cactus (a.k.a. 'EL NOPAL'). -Tempskya. -Aleppo (requires the Malta DLC).
*Changelog: -1.1: Tree perches now provide Forest need. -1.11 Hotfix: Tree perches now properly provide Forest need (they only worked inside aviaries before).
Installation: -First, make sure you have ACSE. -Unzip and place the PerchTrees folder inside your ovldata folder, usually located at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jurassic World Evolution 2\Win64\ovldata
Known issues: -Minor clipping. -Tree branches move too much sometimes. -Flying creatures have issues with pathfinding sometimes, but this could be the game just being the game. Just give them some time and they'll find their way.
**Special thanks to HENDRIX for updating the blender plugin and making this possible, ViraLCyclopes for the template to make a custom tree decoration, and ilodev for his work with ACSE.**
