Deinosuchus is an extinct genus of alligatoroid crocodilian that lived 82 to 73 million years ago during the late Cretaceous period1. The name translates as “terrible crocodile” and is derived from the Greek deinos, “terrible”, and soukhos, "crocodile". Deinosuchus was one of the largest prehistoric crocodiles that ever lived, attaining lengths of up to 40 feet from head to tail and weights in the neighborhood of five to 10 tons. It had large, robust teeth built for crushing, and its back was covered with thick hemispherical osteoderms. Deinosuchus fossils have been described from 10 U.S. states, including Texas, Montana, and many along the East Coast. It lived on both sides of the Western Interior Seaway, and was an opportunistic apex predator in the coastal regions of eastern North America. Deinosuchus reached its largest size in its western habitat, but the eastern populations were far more abundant

Upscaled Rig
- New modding development has allowed for upscaling of rigs
- Since the rig is based on dimetrodon, it will not hunt or fight every single dinosaur
- This model and rig is 11.9 meters in length
- Lagoon version is based on Dunkleosteus
Known Bugs
- Land based Deinosuchus will clip through hatchery before gate opens
- Some kill and hunting animations may appear broken, some may work
