Increases the range of shadows. Less noticeable shadow pop-in with better blending between cascades. Currently NO resolution increase.

NOTES
- You MUST change your Shadows quality preset at least once for the new values to take effect.
- Foreground shadows, especially in First Person/Capture modes may appear blurrier. This is because the shadow cascades are stretched out over a further distance. If distant shadows are not important to your screenarchery, you may want to switch to Low (old Very High) or Very Low shadows.
- FPS loss is map dependent. I have measured anywhere from 0-9FPS loss between Low (old Very High) and Very High.
- Your Shadows quality preset in settings may always say Very High even after setting Medium. This is a UI issue only.
- Switching between presets while in a map does not always update every internal shadow setting correctly.
- Shadows can behave strangely with Ansel (Nvidia tool), but I believe this happens in the vanilla game. Small FOV and Super Resolution can mess with shadow distances.
