Very small mod, changing literally just one global variable; this turns off the "weaker opponent" training penalty which would otherwise reduce your training gains by up to 90% when the stat difference between you and your opponent is greater than 24 points

But the gist is this normally affects: Dexterity, Attack, Defense, Martial Arts, Dodge, and the 6 weapon skills such that the stronger your opponent = the more skill exp you gain (up to 6x) and the weaker the opponent the less exp you'd gain (down to just 10%)
In otherwords; the higher level you are = the harder it is to train your skills, but this mechanic is applied on top of the already reduced gains normally applied to training up skills in Kenshi. I felt that a two fold reduction in training efficiency was excessive, so I removed it :)
This mod leaves the "stronger opponent" training bonus alone, while changing the "weaker opponent" logic to never give a penalty (or at the very extreme only a 1% penalty)
