Tech Hunters and Western Hivers now have 50 relations with each other. Lore wise, it could be because the Hivers keep restocking the Tech Hunter outposts and towns, thus making them allies over many decades of trade.
Gameplay wise, it stops Tech Hunters from aggro-ing Hive Caravans when they trespass or get locked in buildings in Flats Lagoons, since the never ending waves of Hiver Caravans leads to massive battles that slowly take down the city guards
