About this mod
A simple mod allowing Masterwork and Specialist crab armor to be sold by the Crab Raider Smith in Crab Town.
- Permissions and credits
In the vanilla game the Crab Raider Smith is limited to selling Prototype, Shoddy and Standard quality armor. No Masterwork Crab Helmet for players who don't want to craft their own gear!
This mod alters the faction vendors table to enable sale of higher quality variants. Great for those solo heavy armor playthroughs!
It comes in three flavors:
Balanced: This gives a normal chance of finding higher tier gear, based on the tables of other vendors.
Common: This gives a vastly improved chance of finding higher quality gear, useful for those who don't frequent this area of the map often.
Guaranteed: This guarantees the presence of Masterwork gear, useful if you don't care about crabbing around and just want to run to Crab Town, get the helmet and leave.
Choose the flavor that better suits your style of game!
How to install
Like most other mods. Just extract the archive and drop the folder with the .mod file inside the Mods folder.
*IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE THE FOLDER AND THE MOD HAVE THE SAME EXACT NAME*
Otherwise the game won't see it. This is true for every single mod.
Have fun with your new cool helmet! (We all know nobody cares about the rest of the armor :D)
