About this mod

- Adds several Races & Animals from the Oddworld universe, all concept & design credit goes to the original creators/game.
- However, I made these meshes myself, so nothing is ripped from other stuff.
- Story goes there was a colonial mining settlement that mutinied, leaving stranded Slig remnants & escaped Mudokon slaves.

Permissions and credits
- All concept & design credit goes to the original creators/game, would definitely recommend any/all of the Oddworld games etc to others.

- I have only uploaded this mod to Nexus & do not wish this mod to be part of any overhauls etc.
- I do not consent to the uploading, sharing, or redistribution of this mod.

- I made these meshes/textures myself just for practice & fun (still alot to learn), always loved the way Oddworld stuff looked. Used some wiki references while making some of the equipment & races (mostly sprites/some concept art), Armour designs are just what i could come up with & some are based on actual Oddworld game stuff, hopefully i got it looking close enough.

Important/Please Read:

- Id highly recommend using the modded starts listed below for choosing any of the races (especially glukkons which need to wear specific business attire etc) or atleast be familiar with them.

- Sligs have robot legs that can only be added at the start of a new game by using the gamestart (otherwise they wont actually be robotic. In lore they dont actually have legs & are dependent on their robot pants).

- Glukkon mesh legs are the arms & the arms will be invisible unless you use robot arms which is all accounted for if you use the Glukkon gamestart.

(again, tried to make it as "accurate" as i could to the Glukkons & Sligs in Oddworld). (with FCS limitations)

Details:
- Adds
Mudokon, Glukkon, & Slig(player races). Also adds Slogs (bonedog stat & size equivalent animal) & Scrabs (Similar to beak things less hunger rate/more head health & less overall health etc) from the Oddworld game to Kenshi.
- Baby Slogs can be bought at the "Slig Outpost".
- Baby Scrabs need to be found in the wild & can be recruited by putting them in a cage (only babies can be recruited)
- Basic body sliders & color slider & can equip all default shirts/equipment (Sligs cant use default helmets for obvious reasons. x3 masks to choose from)
- Due to Robot Limbs, HN will attack on sight. (They likely will consider mudokons non human, though untested)

- Mudokons can use any equipment even helmets with minimal clipping also,(sligs too with the exception of vanilla helmets)

Mudokon- "Blue/green avian humanoids with turtle-like facial features & hollow bones. Mudokons excel at athletics & are capable of altering their skintone to reflect their mood (reddish/angry, depressed/blue etc."

Glukkon
-"Greed driven & gluttonous squid-like carnivores whose industry has driven several species to extinction. Glukkons judge one another based on personal wealth & social status. They walk on long muscular arms supporting their body weight with their hands, because of this they often rely on other creatures to do all their work"

Slig
- "A sapient species who typically serve as personal assistants and security/bodyguards. Sligs are small & stocky with green skin and five tendrils that cover their small mouth (Often described as having "room temperature IQs") . Robotic Slig Pants grant them the ability to walk. Sligs are typically lazy, violent, cruel, and dull minded. They often become envious of one another, as they are easily impressed by higher ranks or better equipment than their own. Sligs names can be a sign of status that few earn, Some sligs have no names & are instead called by their rank/status & purpose that they fulfill."

Slog
- "Slogs are dog equivalent animals. Slogs are ideal sprinters and often used as attack dogs by sligs, Slogs are bipedal, red skinned, hairless creatures withouts eyes or nostrils, instead possessing large jaws with teeth to match and an acute sense of hearing (able to detech the adrenaline levels of their prey)."

Scrab- "One of the most fearsome predators that generally should be avoided. Scrabs have a large claw like beak for a head and four crab-like legs. Scrabs are known to be agressive & territorial by nature often trampling or pecking its prey to death. Scrabs dont have eyes, instead sense electrical fields to see its surroundings."

- Slig (Solo) - Solo slig with basic items
- Slig with a Slog - (x1 slig & Baby Slog w/ backpack)

Replacement Limbs:
- Sligs have race specific replacement limbs that be bought at the Slig Outpost)

Slig Outpost:
- A small outpost located somewhere in the border zone, Contains a bar with recruits and a Slig junk seller & animal trader shop.- X2 factions "Slig Remnants" where gear & recruits can be bought & the hostile "Slig Mutineers" (homeless spawns equivalent in strength to dust bandits, smaller numbers but they have basic first aid kits"
- Specifically the "slig mutineer" in roaming squads (not leader, or shooter) can be recruited if you remove their weapon and put them in a cage for 4000 cats.

Scrab Nest Locations:
Only babies are recruitable, spawn rates should be low compared to other default nest types. (2-4 babies per nest)
- Stenn Desert
- The Crater
- The Hook
- The Unwanted Zone

Mudokon Escaped Workers:
- Escaped mudokons survivors can be recruited, Mudokons will trust other mudokons, however they will be suspicious of non mudokons possibly even attacking them.(Added healing recruitment dialogue, and prisoner recruitment dialogue, with various options)
- Bast
- Border Zone
- Stenn Desert
- Skinners Roam
- Vain

Optional Patch:
- Animations Patch (ALL)
All custom races require animation patches when using animation mods. You can also make your own patches by moving all the mods (custom race mod +all the animation mods you want added to the race) to you kenshi mod folder. Then create a separate patch file with all the mods as a dependency, then add the animation files to each race in the "race" tab in fcs

Planned:
- Stranger Race (Most likely to be made, others are just if i get into a oddworld kick eventually)
- Paramites & Elum possibly
- Mudokon inspired specific equipment/clothing
- Maybe more ways to buy/recruit Mudokons (similar to the UC slave shops, they are somewhat of a rarity and difficult to get more recruits)
- Any other ideas welcome.

Notes:
