This is simply a mod resource. It adds nothing to the game. I spent a few hours compiling images of every buff, perk and object icon in game with corresponding IDs to aid you in mod creation by quickly finding the icon you want and the ID you need to implement it.
As I started modding KCD I found assigning icons to be a tedious and frustrating process until now. This should save time and stress for those still modding KCD.
The download contains full-size images showing each icon as it would appear in KCD.
Unfortunately, I do not know of any way to add new icons to KCD, but if anyone does I would love to know.
Notice:
I attached a screenshot of buff icons 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 that seem hard-coded by the game to appear around Henry regardless how you use those icons, so it is best to avoid using these icons for anything.

- There are 87 buff icons. Its JPG is 650x1500.
- There are 186 perk icons. Its JPG is 3115x2250.
- There are 1,119 object icons. Its JPG is 4750x3750.
Unfortunately, I do not know of any way to add new icons to KCD, but if anyone does I would love to know.
