A very basic mod to increase the fps of the in game cutscene from 30 fps.

For anyone who has had the issue where all in game cutscenes auto lock to 30 fps this mod automatically increases it to 60 or 144fps.
Please let me now if you have any issues.
Installation simply drop the extracted folder "CutsceneFPSFixV2" right into your mods folder.
