This mod increased the games base Stat & Skill caps from 20, to 30, 40, 50 or 99. 

**After testing these quite a bit, I find the 30 one the best, followed by 40 if you need that amount of perks.  What seems to happen is the progression seems to be split up from 0% - 100%, with the default being each level adds 5%.  So at 20 you're at maximum skill/stat level.  Where if you increase the skill to say 40 (for easy math), you're spreading that leveling up of the skill progression to be 2.5% per increase.  As a result, when you reach the new cap of 40, you're effective skill levels are comparable to the vanilla 20 cap. 

So where this mod is the strongest, is at the lower ends.  Where you still need more skill/stat ranks to get more perks.  And depending on if you have some mods that add even more perks, you may need it up to about 40.  But 30 should be more than high enough to get all the perks from vanilla. 

So basically, the less levels needed to max a stat/skill, the easier the game.  So the 99 version of this mod, would actually make the game a lot harder.**


Installation:
1. Download the file.
2. Go to your Data folder (default location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\KingdomComeDeliverance\Data)
3. Extract the contents of the zip file into your Data folder

**Note that this alters the "rpg_param.xml" and will have compatibility issues with any mods that use this file.**

To edit this mod, or to merge this with another modded "rpg_param.xml" you will need two free programs, 7-Zip and Notepad++

1. Right click on the modded .pak file, open the menu for 7-Zip, select "Open Archive"
2. Open the folders Libs > Tables > rpg
3. Right click on "rpg_param.xml" and select "Edit"  (To make sure Notepad++ edits .xml files in 7-Zip, go under the "Tools" menu bar, select "Options", go to the "Editor" tab.  Then click the "..." button next to the Editor field.  Navigate that to your Notepad++.exe)
4. Add these lines anywhere in the <row> section, I put mine at the very end for simplicity:
<row rpg_param_key="StatCap" rpg_param_value="30" />
<row rpg_param_key="SkillCap" rpg_param_value="30" />
5. Save and close.  When it asks to update the archive, say OK.

Please note that while testing the 99 setting, my Maintenance skill was too low to repair items around 70% health with kits, and a skill of 20+.  I'm thinking that it may look at how much you're skill is maxed as a percentage.  So if someone wanted to play around with each individual skill, and see how they behave, that feedback would be greatly appreciated.
