There is a 'text remove test' version in optional files, I'm still trying to figure out how to remove that yellow text pop-up ‘YOU ACTIVATED THE PERK’ for Buffs that still show names in popups. Your feedback is important, please tell me if it works or not.

Hide or Show HUD Elements by Only One Bindable Key

Buffs that got everything in popups removed:
Lucky Thief, Crouching Chameleon, Flower Power, Gravedigger, Headcracker, Infamous,Forester, Master Thief, Balanced Diet, Savage, Night Rider, Last Gasp, Shakedown, Final Offer, Sadist, Blood Rush, Chain Strike, Burgher, Local Hero, Daring Debonair, Berserk.
Buffs that still show names in popups:
Human Dustbin, Secret Pockets(It corresponds to Shakedown in the file, so I'm not sure.), Friendly Neighbour, Hidden Pockets, Somnambulant.
