About this mod
Restore commands for money & items that was patched out of console by developers without any Mods, Hex Editors, or game file edits. No actual files are modified at all. So Mods, high def audio/video, etc shouldn't affect this either. The download is simply a copy of the LARGE item list that works with it.

REMOVE the console lock for [items & money] from your GOG version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance With NO MODS. It's all right here below. The download is simply the huge item list I dug up.
First off,
I take NO RESPONSIBLITY if you give yourself GAME BREAKING ITEMS? I am simply helping you to access game items & money. :P
I am not a skilled modder, or pro hacker. I just figgure out things in a [fly-by-the-seat-of-the-pants] sorta way as I need them! lol :D
I bought the most recent & fully patched version of Kingdom Come: Deliverance + all DLC [ver_01_07_295144 Radek] off of GOG the 19th of October 2018. So this is current.
I installed my game using GOG Galaxy, but this should also work with a Galaxy free offline install even and, on most versions of the game I imagine. If it works in this manner ok? Please let me know? :)
I DO NOT know if this can be did on STEAM? I threw my Fallout 4 GOTY Edition disc in the Trash over STEAM... lol So I must apologize to STEAM users. :P However Gerdruids [Thank You] informed me in the comments section of my upload that STEAM has an option in the settings to activate -devmode. The item list I uploaded here should work fine, as should the money, and item command cheats shown below if this is the case. [Unless STEAM still locks it somehow over achievement whiners?] I do not know. I don't use STEAM any longer, and never did for this game. As this is for GOG? I cannot vouche personally for anything in the STEAM version of this game. The modification shown below should not be needed with a STEAM version if Gerdruids information is correct, and it works the same way. 
I'm no techy type either. So there will be no pictures. [Anyone who wants to snapshot it when they do this simple modification of 1 tiny thing? Feel free to add it to this post]. :) I don't know how to take pictures of things I open on my desktop, and to be honest? If you cannot READ? You cannot do this anyways? So I will try to explain in [laymans terms] what I did. :)
***** DIRECTIONS *****
Navigate to your installed game folder. [Mine is windows 7 & keeping my games seperate from the Galaxy folder it is] "Kingdom Come Deliverance/bin/Win64".
Locate the "KingdomCome.exe" Application file. ***NOTHING ELSE WILL WORK. THIS INCLUDES A GAME CREATED SHORTCUT, OR A GOG GALAXY CREATED SHORTCUT*** [right click] the [KingdomCome.exe] & select [Send to - Desktop (create shortcut)]
Close game folder.
Navigate to desktop & locate the shortcut you created off of the KingdomCome.exe application file.
[Right click] the KingdomCome.exe shortcut you created & select [Properties].
You will see several tabs in the open window. It SHOULD already be on the [Shortcut] tab.
If not? Select that now.
In the [Target] command line you need to add 1 simple thing at the end after the command there.
make [1 space after end] then type -devmode.
[IT SHOULD LOOK LIKE THIS] "
C:\Kingdom Come Deliverance\bin\Win64\KingdomCome.exe" -devmode
[NOT LIKE THIS]
"C:\Kingdom Come Deliverance\bin\Win64\KingdomCome.exe"-devmode
If there is no space between .exe" (and) -devmode | It WILL NOT work.
Select [Apply] & close the window.
Launch your game with your newly created shortcut.
Done! ;)
I'm a dummy & it works for me. This I figgured out, and created on my own by reading around awhile. So please don't bash me verbally if you cannot do it? I am just trying to help out others. :)

[Not my list. I only figgured out how to use the commands again for it?
[If you type in] wh_cheat_money [amount wanted]
example: wh_cheat_money 10000 (about 1000 I think) [Do not go insane here]? If you exceed 200 million in-game (i think....), it will mess up and show only ' lol
If you exceed no worries as example: wh_cheat_money 999999999999999 [KABOOM!] lol
Simply type: wh_cheat_money -999999999999999 [to return to the previous amount]. :)
To add items? Simply type: wh_cheat_additem [UUID number here] (not the item name from the list I found)
example: wh_cheat_additem 4ac3347e-a93a-4cc0-9ba5-add86391bc12
[will add Old family heirloom] to your invetory.
I found this list after a few gazillion searches? (hard to find an actual item list with ID's not mod created)? It was shared by [unknown]. So sadly I do not know who to thank, or where? It seems to be a GREAT LIST, and everything I tried worked [after I figgured out I needed UUID's, not ITEM NAMES], and found this list.... doh! lol :P

Author said unknown, and I clicked so many links I forgot where I found it to begin with. Sorry about that. :/ If ANYONE knows who shared it publically? Please let me know? I'll GLADLY say they shared it on pastebin. That was the name of the website I found it on. I only tried the list to see if I could use them, and they worked! So I uploaded them here. :)

11 November 2018, 7:40PMSorry the delayed reply. Been under the weather lately. Is it the GOG version of the game? Also if using a hacked game version it may not work right. I do not know. I do not have that version. [I have the current version on GOG], but I cannot see how the version would affect a simple shortcut? Strange... :O Are you using the KingdomCome.exe file to create the shortcut, and not a GOG created shortcut? GOG likes making it's own launchers, and shortcuts for the launcher if you are using Galaxy like I am. So make sure you don't use a GOG created launcher, or GOG created shortcut to create YOUR shortcut, or launch the game. Use only the shortcut created by you directly from the actual game install files [KingdomCome.exe] Application file. 1 other IMPORTANT note. You MUST launch game with the created shortcut to use the 2 cheats. Not through GOG. I actually closed GOG when I launched with the shortcut, and used GOG when not using the cheats after game saved. [Dunno if that matters, or not? It's simply what I did.] I will add this to the bottom of the Description with credit to your name requesting others to let me know here, if this occurs with others. If it does I'll make it an [official warning] provided several people have the same problem. I cannot verify this myself, as I do not have the game version you have shown. Thank you hivKORN.
