I play the game in an OLED screen, and I was starting to get worried about burn in. This mod adds transparency to always-on screen elements.

Now that we got that out of the way, this mod simply adds transparency to always-on screen elements, including the Targeting Reticle, the Health Bar, Status Effect Icons (like being full, drunk, overloaded etc), the Compass and permanent markers such as Quests and Custom Waypoints on it. Points of interest such as Mills, Beds etc, still have full opacity, as that would break the overview map. Their temporary nature and constant movement, however, ensures that there will be few issues with them.
Due to the way the game is made, some of these icons will persist being transparent inside the menus too. The only ones I have found up to now are the Buff/Debuff icons.
Still, due to the way the menus are, they do not look distracting.
Controller (Xbox, PS4) and Keyboard/Mouse prompts are also made transparent, as they always appear in the same screen position when exploring. This does not hold true with keyboard letter prompts, but they are dark.
