The mod is currently in WIP. However it is READY FOR USE. We will be adding a lot of interesting and unique mechanics to this mod soon!

!!! READ THE REQUIREMENTS FIRST

List of upcoming mechanics:
* New permanent perks (similar to Hardcoreish mod), which make gameplay even harder.
* Rebalance different types of weapons, so that you actually have to change weapons to fight efficiently.
* Make sure that when talking to guards it is much harder to win the check, unless you have a VERY good reputation.

* Saves available only in beds. Any bed will save you.
* Remove Henry's opportunity to rob every merchant and quickly gaining best gear. Still finding the way to realise it.
* Attempt to make penalties for death, such as a perk, which will significantly lower your stats when you load another save; loss of money or/and experience. (Still WIP, as it is hard to implement such in game), OR remove Deaths from game and replace them with "Unconsciousness" state, which will not force you to reload the save, whiile you will lose something)
* Henry should walk in cities and towns and if he runs, his reputation will slowly decrease, as people will think that he did something bad.

(Feel free to share your own ideas in Posts segment)

K1llaro's Hardcore Mode CONTENT:

1. NoAttackDirectionArrows --- Removes the attack arrows during combat, making it harder to parry or make a masterstrike.

2. NoCompassIcons --- Removes the icons on compass, so that you have to look at the map to understand where you have to go. It makes the gameplay balanced enough, as some of the descriptions of where to go in dialogues don't show you a particular direction or place where you have to go. (You are still able to see the Icons on the map).

3. NoPlayerMapIcons --- Removes the player Icon from the map and stops map from centering when entering map. It gives a player a requirement of being able to locate yourself in area as you would do in real life.

4. NoFastTravel --- Removes opportunity to fast travel to locations. Now you have to carefully plan your journey to ensure that you are not getting tired of your ride to another town.

5. LessStamina --- Makes Henry not that physically strong. Now, while wearing heavy plate armour, he will feel himself tired quite soon. (Slightly decreases the regeneration of stamina, its amount and delay before regeneration).

6. LessExperience --- Makes Henry gain experience almost twice longer and even more in stealth. Henry is a blacksmith and shall learn about life problems as fast as any peasant does. (Decreases experience gain from 30-50% [depends on what kind of skill; e.g. Stealth is 50% less, while Strength skills only 30%]).

7. PeasantRoots [Can be used Standalone] --- Adds a perk to Henry which increases fall damage on 25%, decreases all speech checks by 2, enemies armour and equipment breaks faster during the combat (You will get heavily broken armour and weapons after you defeat them), lockpicks break 200% faster, Charisma is decreased by 3 and you will bleed twice as fast.

8. HarderCombat --- Makes combat much harder. Now NPC's don't stack and wait for your turn as if you were playing a card game. They use tactics, encircle and try to deal most damage to you, so be aware and better run.

9. HarderReputation --- It is now harder to get reputation and quite easy to ruin it. Be careful at your actions, as your reputation - one of the strongest weapons you have. (Good reputation gain is x0.6, while bad reputation gain is x2).

10. HarderStealth --- NPC's now can hear and see you easily, unless you actually try to sneak. It is now harder to steal from merchants, especially in Kuttenberg, as they are much more sensible to environment now. (Changes values of stealth mechanic in KCD2, making thresholds more sensible).

11. MoreEncounters --- To make your journey more interesting without Fast Travel, you will now see interesting events a lot more. Be careful, as ambushes now actually common events, as said in KCD 2 lore. (Encounters are x2 more likely to happen while travelling).

12. *!!!* SkillCap (Optional [Remove the folder "SkillCap" from ".../Mods/SkillCap" if you don't want to use it]) --- Now, Henry can progress only until 15th level. Yes, now you won't be able to become a master at swords and get some of the skills.

13. IAmQuiteHungry --- Henry needs to eat more, like in real life. Eat three times a day and you shall be great! (Hunger is 2x more)

14. WeaponBalance --- Rebalances all weapons in game making it realistic and logical. For example, most polearms are now stronger than longswords and other kinds of weapons.

15. LessSellPrice --- You now sell items for twice lower price. It actually has a benefit - now merchant's balance will be enough to sell most of loot to them.

16. BiggerPrice --- Prices are increased by 1.75x. The prices on all potions are increased 50x times (It won't feel that large in reality), so that you have to brew them yourself or buy for a huge money. It makes it harder to get Savious Schnapps for player. Also it might be logical enough, as the potions in KCD2 can treat incredible diseases and if they do so - they must cost a lot.
