Changes were made to Rosa's original dress, but not the one I put her in. Feel free to remove my mod and check out if you still prefer my changes.
Spent way too damn long mixing and matching NPC models and textures to see what suits Rosa. Something about her facial model is strange to me.
Should be compatible with retextures.
Not taking requests. Other than just wholesale putting a normal default NPC over her, these are the best I could do that remained somewhat true to her appearance (eye color, brow color, and tried to account for freckles but theres only like 2 textures with freckles)
Reverted her to a default body and gave her a dress like the one in a loading screen.
Some faces take a second to load sometimes (mostly with Kind), they'll get there. Little bit body horror while it does.
