This mod utilizes the 'cheat' mod to remove the pickpocketing, and lockpicking mini-games. 

Just follow the install location from the cheat mod, so this should look like

FEATURES
+Disables all pickpocketing mini-games
+Disables all lockpicking mini-games



Requested by Tony38400ol I was thinking about uploading this for KCD2 but just figured the Cheat mod author already included a default auto-disable lockpicking, however it had some other stuff plus missing door and stash lockpicking. Specifically this just uses the lines 
cheat_no_lockpicking
cheat_no_pickpocketing
cheat_no_door_lockpicking
cheat_no_stash_lockpicking

If something is broken or doesn't work (assuming you installed it correctly) let me know.
