Buffs Pisek Lad the horse's stats to be slightly better than Pebbles with the perk active
Why?
The game developers had made a decision that two low quality horses acquired automatically in the main quest to be better than the best horse money can buy in terms of stats. I don't agree with this kind of game design philosophy and found it very lackluster in terms of game play.
Solution
The problem isn't difficult to fix, though. This mod buffs stats of Pisek Lad to be better than Pebbles'

Unfortunately, no matter what I try I couldn't get this to work in PTF
