🗡️ The Kriegsmesser – A Custom Weapon Mod 🗡️
A hand-crafted German longsword with a touch of class... and physics.
🔥 Update 1.1.0: Recipes are now sold by blacksmiths by default! 🔥
The stash-spawn is now OPTIONAL and can be toggled via modsettings.cfg.
Open it and change KM_AddToStash false to KM_AddToStash true (no '=' sign!).

⚔️ What is it?
This mod adds a fully custom-made Kriegsmesser to Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 – inspired by historical German two-handed sabers.
The current version includes:

Spawns directly in the Player Stash for now❌ (Updated!) - Two variants, roughly equal to a Common Longsword & Duelling Longsword
- Custom 3D model with accurate proportions and historical flair
- Hand-crafted scabbards with full material setup
- Cloth physics simulation for the overhanging belt piece (the "dangly dangle")
- Custom weapon masks
- Blacksmith crafting recipe (goes up to T4!)
- A small Easter Egg – first to find it wins bragging rights!
- Translation Files for English and German – feel free to add your translations
- SOIN Ready! - Localization in Sorted Inventory Style available

- Slight visual variations (blade & scabbard)
- Support for various weapon rebalance mods
- Improved scabbard resizing to better fit different armors/morphs

Installation:
Install with Vortex or unzip and drop the "rougherz_kriegsmesser" folder into your KCD2/Mods directory. That's it.
Compatibility: PTF Mod, only incompatible with mods that change Shop Inventory Presets for Radovan (Tachov), Osina (Trosky) and Master Mannlicher (Kuttenberg).
Game Version: Tested on KCD2 v1.2
