About this mod
Poisons have been overhauled with new effects to provide a more immersive and 'realistic' experience.
- Permissions and credits
- Changelogs
- Stupor: Drunkenness without the alcohol, but with all possible side-effects. It will affect Henry and cause drunken teleport at high quality.
- Blindness: By reducing vision to 5%, it makes NPCs effectively blind (doesn't seem to affect Henry).
- Dumbness: NPCs can't speak, can't call for alarm.
- Paralysis: A 20-25% reduction in strength, agility, attack speed, and prevents running.
- Muscle Weakness: Prevents sprinting.
- Frenzy: Courage, morale, aggression +100. Strength and Agility +10. Attack speed +20%. Master-Strike, Riposte disabled. Stamina regeneration is effectively constant.
The following are the actual in-game UI descriptions.
Dollmaker: A mild muscle relaxant in low quality, however in higher quality, Dollmaker can cause temporary paralysis and dumbness.
T1: Prevents sprinting, reduces strength, agility, and attack speed by 10%. Effects last for 60 seconds when ingested, 10 seconds when injected.
T2: Prevents sprinting, reduces strength, agility, and attack speed by 15%. Effects last for 60 seconds when ingested, 10 seconds when injected.
T3: Prevents running, mutes, reduces strength, agility, and attack speed by 20%. Effects last for 60 seconds when ingested, 10 seconds when injected.
T4: Prevents running, mutes, reduces strength, agility, and attack speed by 25%. Effects last for 60 seconds when ingested, 10 seconds when injected.
Lullaby: A mild sleep remedy in low quality, however in higher quality, Lullaby can cause temporary stupor, blindness, and loss of consciousness.
T1: Induces 25% exhaustion and 75% stupor, reduces perception and stamina regeneration by 25%. Effects last for 60 minutes when ingested, 10 seconds and without stupor when injected.
T2: Induces 50% exhaustion and 85% stupor, reduces perception by 50% and stamina regeneration by 25%. Effects last for 60 minutes when ingested, 10 seconds and without stupor when injected.
T3: Induces 75% exhaustion and 100% stupor, reduces vision by 75%, reduces hearing by 50%, and stamina regeneration by 25%. Effects last for 60 minutes when ingested, 10 seconds and without stupor when injected.
T4: Induces 100% exhaustion and stupor, reduces vision by 95%, reduces hearing by 50%, and stamina regeneration by 25%. Effects last for 60 minutes when ingested, 10 seconds and without stupor when injected.
Bane: When ingested, Bane is slow acting poison, causing muscle weakness and death. However, when injected directly into the blood, Bane will kill quicker, yet induces a frenzied state, whereby the victim loses all regard to self-preservation.
T1 : When ingested, prevents sprinting and reduces 110 health over 180 seconds. When injected, induces Frenzy, and reduces 110 health over 90 seconds.
T2: When ingested, prevents sprinting and reduces 110 health over 160 seconds. When injected, induces Frenzy, and reduces 110 health over 70 seconds.
T3: When ingested, prevents sprinting and reduces 110 health over 140 seconds. When injected, induces Frenzy, and reduces 110 health over 60 seconds.
T4: When ingested, prevents sprinting and reduces 110 health over 120 seconds. When injected, induces Frenzy, and reduces 110 health over 50 seconds.
For detailed information of the actual effects I use for poisons, see Articles.
Localization in Misc Files: Turkish.
Compatibility: This mod is PTF and only affects Poison values in buff_alchemy and English localization with regard to Poisons. It should work with any sorting mod. Lastly, this mod will work with mods that rework potions, as long as this mod is given priority or alphabetical override (so it can override their poisons).
Installation: I recommend manual install, but Vortex should work as well.
