Backstory
A turning point in Earth's history changed the fate of the timeless dinosaurs. Their reign ended when a meteorite hit the Earth. But someone had survived: Compsognathus
For some unknown reason, evolution refused to transform these small predators. The Cretaceous period ended, years followed years, but Compsognathus remained the same. They didn't evolve into chickens or another bird species - they remained predators forgotten by time and nature.
Millions of years passed, humanity emerged on the stage of history. When people moved from hunting to settlement, they noticed these little dinosaurs roaming around freely. At first they saw them as dangerous and predatory, but over time they got used to them. Compsognathus provided a kind of natural pest control in villages by scavenging small prey. More importantly, they reproduced quickly and could be easily domesticated.
By the Middle Ages, they were raised as farm animals, their eggs were collected and they were even used in fights.
But you had to be careful; these creatures were still predators. A moment's distraction could cost you your food or your fingers.
With this mod, all chickens will be transformed into the Compsognathus dinosaur that you can see in cutscenes or in some hidden parts of the game. I hope my first mod attempt will entertain you.
Instructions:
-Open the downloaded file named “DinosaurPoultry.zip”.
-Extract the folder named “DinosaurPoultry” to the game's mod directory “...\KingdomComeDeliverance2\Mods”.
-You can now enter the game. If you want to uninstall the mod, just remove the folder named “DinosaurPoultry” in the same directory.
