Ultimate Start (SAVE GAME) All perks Unlocked at the very start of the game.
Both Hardcore and Non-Hardcore options available.
(No console was used) - Achievements Compatible - this is primary game save file.
Start the game with everything unlocked. No grinding
(Not compatible with standard edition)

2. Place the extracted files into this directory:

3. Load the game
