Enhanced Perks - Collection With Variable Options
Didn't expect to make so many mods... but here we are, so I made a collection for my perk mods and other smaller perk changes. More may be added later.

- Alchemy Secrets Combined: Combines Matter & Equilibrium I / II. (Both function the same.) Equilibrium Boost (Optional).
- Ascetic - Hunger Be Gone?!: Variable Hunger Reduction / Increase. + Optional Exhaustion Increase
- Combined Reputation: Combines Charming Man & Opportunist / Optional Increased Effect (Both function the same.)
- Flower Power: Higher Charisma Bonus.
- Thorough Maintenance - Equipment & Weapons take less damage (Variable).
- Liberal Arts: Level 6 Unlock.
- Ascetic Revenant Unleashed: Health Regeneration (Variable & works in combat), Inexhaustible + Less Hunger.
- Trafficker - Stolen Goods Be Gone: Stolen items lose their status faster, Level 6 Unlock (Optional).
- Buffed Wildrider and Roadrunner to 20 Percent (From 5%)
- Waste Not, Want Not! -> Art of Preservation: 99% Reduction.
- Tool Master: 90% More Durable Lockpicks.
- Defender: Mutt, the trusted dog companion, will take 90% less damage.
