Buster Form brings a slight buff to Prime Mode: now available from Operator Mode, and starting attacks feature Chronostasis.
Buster Form FP Abilitites have had their damage slightly increased all-around.

In-game tutorials can now be found in the Game Help!
TWO brand-new Keyblades and Formchanges have arrived! Star Seeker and Second Form W (seamlessly swap between all Second Forms with R3 and L3!) as well as Fenrir and Buster Form (make sure to read its dedicated tutorial on the Focused Time Battle system!). IMPORTANT NOTE: This content is only available by installing the Adds Console Exclusive Keyblades mod by TalesFreak AND making sure it loads BEFORE AEO (see the Installation & Mod Conflicts section of the description).
A significantly expanded UI roster is here! Enjoy multiple brand-new Formchange and World Command UIs (the TextChanges pak has been renamed to UIChanges: make sure to delete the former!).
Kingdom Key D now has Steam compatibility as well as various graphical updates!
Second Form D has brand-new Combo animations.
Introducing Multi Syle Magic for all Second Form variants. Water can potentially grant full invulnerability!
The Alpha Prelude Cure Limit is now available for all Strike Formchanges.
Item Bracer is now available for all Guardian Formchanges.
All Strike, Element, Guardian and Blitz Formchanges have been each expanded with different High Jump and Doubleflight specialization!
Other multiple changes as well as fixes and improvements have been made.

In the description, you can find every new addition from the latest version beside the tags
and

Lastly, make sure not to miss this video series for an in-depth showcase!

There are two main download choices. The all-in-one version is the easiest to use and the one you'll probably want though.
Spoiler:
Show
The separate version gives you more flexibility if you're looking to use (or rather, not use) specific content from this mod. However, you need to know what you're doing. Some paks are vital for the proper functioning of AEO: remove them and you'll severely break the mod! They are AEO_ZZZ_IMPORTANT_AnimationData and AEO_ZZZ_IMPORTANT_SoraAttackData.

You need to install this mod manually.
Spoiler:
Show
If you're not too sure of what to do, go to where KH3 is installed (most likely in Program Files) and create a folder called "~mods" inside the Paks folder. The full directory would be C:\Program Files\Epic Games\KH_3\KINGDOM HEARTS III\Content\Paks\~mods.

If you're using the all-in-one download, extract the zip and put the pak file inside the ~mods folder.
If you're using the separate version, after extracting the zip you'll end up with a zzzAnimationEnhancementOverhaul folder, which is the one you need to put inside ~mods (not just its contents; the whole folder).

IMPORTANT: there are MOD AND LOAD ORDER REQUIREMENTS to experience all content AEO has to offer! [CLICK BELOW]
Spoiler:
Show
Adds Console Exclusive Keyblades is required for access to both Star Seeker and Fenrir Keyblades. It MUST load alphabetically BEFORE AEO: rename the Adds Console Keyblades pak so that it starts with multiple "As". Remember: any other load order will result in Fenrir and Star Seeker NOT appearing!

KH3 Modloader is required to unlock the Light Beam Barrage mode for Double Form, as well as for the console Keyblades to be added to you inventory. You'll need to open the menu in-game with F1 (or fn+F1 if using a Spanish keyboard) and load three mods: for each one, type and enter "DFOKP", "DFOBV" and "AddKeyblades" (without quotations).

If you're having trouble getting Fenrir and/or Star Seeker to appear, try to use the first download of the AddsConsoleKeyblades mod (regardless of whether you're on Epic or Steam). It's the one I've been using and testing most extensively.

IMPORTANT: For Steam users, Square pushed out an update that is causing fatal errors for mods like the Modloader. To fix this, you must delete ALL files with the "_0_P" suffix inside of the Paks folder.

About mod conflicts, you should not use other moveset/attack/animation, character and weapon swap mods, as well as large overhauls like Light vs Darkness, ReStyle or Project Equinox.
Spoiler:
Show
This mod is too large to take other mods into account anymore. Generally speaking, you will not want to use other mods editing:

Sora’s and other characters' attack data table
Sora's, Aqua's and Roxas' combat animations
Sora's pawn base file
Sora's keyblade base file
Sora's animsets
Sora's equip files
Sora's wep files
Sora's projectile files
Sora's stylepawn files
The kh3_system.locres file
The TresCmdData file

Weapon swap mods for the following Keyblades are NOT admitted: Hero's Origin, Starlight, Elemental Encoder, Oathkeeper, Oblivion, Roxas' Oblivion & Oathkeeper, Midnight Blue, Phantom Green. Neither are weapon swaps for the following Formchange weapons: Magic Launcher, Mirage Staff, Blizzard Blades, Counter Shield, Hunny Launcher, Clock Drill, Grand Chef, Ultimate Form Rainbow Sword.

If you still decide to run multiple mods anyway (despite me HIGHLY encouraging not to), don't go reporting any issues you might encounter. Also, MAKE SURE AT THE VERY LEAST MY MOD LOADS LAST ALPHABETICALLY, in order to have minimized conflicts instead of mod-breaking conflicts!

In order to install updates, make sure to remove all old paks before you install the latest version! Do NOT simply overwrite them, as paks may vary in name and number between versions.

Lastly, on recommended mods, fully compatible and advised to use in unison are:
Spoiler:
Show
Improved Movement: Value Edits (for instant Keyblade switch & no Air Slide cooldown; Glide speed I've already set up so it shouldn't be further modified)
Everything is Battle LV 99 (AEO is FULLY balanced around UNEQUIPPING Combo Boost/Air Combo Boost/Magic Galvanizer. If you're still using them, this new challenge will level the playing field)
New KH3 Sora Battle Quotes (might as well accompany a gameplay overhaul with a voiceset overhaul!)

To start off, why not watch this short trailer to get a general feel for the mod? First impressions are important!

That said, if you want to truly understand just how vast the scope of AEO is, below is an exhaustive breakdown of its contents. You might want to notice how I will color-code the different abilities according to how the game would designate them as! The purple Special Category often corresponds with miscellaneous changes that can't really be classified as abilities per se.

Before delving into anything else, let's first overview the key changes affecting gameplay in all levels.

Attack Data Overhaul: explore an immensely wide range of meticulously fine-tuned parameters for the majority of attacks in the game. Viability against all Data Bosses is crucial!
Spoiler:
Show
Available for:
• [] Base Sora & Every Formchange
[⬤] Every playable character

This section is simply too extensive to elaborate for each Formchange section. Let's delve into the nature of these changes in a general line!
Enemy knockback is mostly overhauled for nearly EVERY combo in the game to guarantee sufficient stunlock time and avoid frame traps (i.e. going from any transform animation, Combo Finisher or Finish Command into a new Combo is safer than ever) as well as whiffing (Ultimate Form Dual Discs attack; Aqua's and Kairi's Combo Finishers; Finish Commands of Nano Arms, Ultimate Form, Spellweaver, etc etc).
Grounded combat has been increased, with many attacks no longer taking enemies into the air nearly as much (e.g. Speed Slash, Block Reprisals)
Staggering properties are fully granted to Double Arrowguns and Hunny Blasters, as well as all Shotlocks (before, they... did NOT stagger bosses at all)

This said, let's also take a moment to note what is BARELY or NOT changed!
Revenge Value adjustments are scarce. A couple examples: slightly reduced RV in Shotlocks, slightly reduced RV in Aqua's combos, slightly increased RV in Spellweaver combos, halved RV on Roxas' spinning attack. There are also some situations where overall RV is not changed, but it's all redistributed to the last hit of multi-hit attacks (like Kairi's Combo Finishers, avoiding untimely Boss breakouts)
Power adjustments are few and far between; the power scaling from Vanilla is mostly unchanged. Two exceptions are Avatar Barrage Combo Finisher (now buffed) and Wrathful Fists & Flurry (now nerfed)
Situation gauge points are pretty much conserved as well. Only notable Vanilla change is Magic now gaining significantly more points for all characters except Sora, as well as my Full Situation Boost ability for Sora (see more below)
Affinity changes are very uncommon, only when they make more sense. Some examples: Storm Flag Finish now deals Water damage, some Rage Form attacks now deal Dark damage
Etc.

I've also adjusted these parameters for all of my custom attacks taking careful balancing into account.

Cancel windows: these are improved for a very significant number of sluggish animations.
Spoiler:
Show
Available for:
• [] Base Sora & Every Formchange

Again, a very long change. But let this NOT go unnoticed: in Vanilla, with some Forms it was NOT possible to perform a full combo without humanoid Bosses escaping due to their sheer slowness. Now, however, all combos should flow optimally! I'll name a few examples:
Base Sora's air frontflip attack
Back and Forth Downswing and Flying Clobber (the air-to-ground attack) from the Hammer Forms
Under Rush, Rush Upper, Falling Thrust and Swoop Rush (air-to-ground) from the Drill Forms
Advance 4 Consecutive Diagonal Swings (attack prior to Combo Finisher), Rising Upswings and Falling Downswing from the Claws Forms
Golden Rays (attack prior to Combo Finisher) from Mirage Staff
All animations playing when Sora receives damage during some Forms (e.g. the Hammer or Drill Forms) can now be quickly cancelled, exactly like those of base Sora can (why this was not a thing before, I will never know)
All Counter Shield & Frying Pan guard animations have also been given cancel windows identical to base Sora’s, granting enough freedom to escape unblockables mid-combo (this comes with a caveat, however. Go to "Known Issues" to read more). Remember that Wrathful Fists & Flurry are only half as powerful in exchange!

Etc etc.

Cinematic cams: enhance gameplay significantly with fully stable, newly introduced Combo Cams that bring cinematic flair to attacks across all Forms. Rest assured, you can easily disable most of them in the game settings if desired (Combo Cam ON or OFF)!

ONLY a Kupo Coin will let you survive the explosion and prevent a Game Over. You MUST posess it, or face certain death!

Prime Mode [FP Ability]: the definitive stance. Strengthen Punisher Mode further and remove many of its limitations. Switching back to Operator Mode will require spending FP to activate Prime Mode again.

This time, you will NOT reset Prime Mode with:
• Dodge
• Jump
• Doubleflight
• Aerial actions (Combo, Block, Dodge)
• Disorder (during Prime Mode, propels you into the air)

You will STILL return to Operator Mode with:
• Run
• Glide
• Battle end
• Keyblade swap
(during Prime Combo, becomes a leap attack rewarding 25 FP)

Prime Combo: perform a six-part combo that is not only faster, stronger and earns more FP than Punisher Combo, but is also multi-teleporting and can keep chasing the enemy. Pressing
during Prime combo will return you to Operator Mode with a leaping attack rewarding high FP on hit!

[⬤] Cross Slash consists on three slashes that deal a large amount of damage and spell bad luck for your enemies.

[⬤] Ascension is a relentless barrage of hits culminating in an extremely strong leaping slash.

[⬤] Finishing Touch lets you summon a cyclone that gives way to incredible devastation.

Shotlocks: access two brand-new Shotlocks!

[⬤] Refocus, the result of triggering the partial Shotlock at any point, will convert all of your remaining MP into full FP. Use this to aid you in tight spots! Trying to trigger Refocus without any MP will result in a mediocre attack.

[⬤]
Omnislash, triggered by the full Shotlock, lets you freely fly (use
and
to control ascent and descent) while inflicting a frenetic barrage of slashes that covers a moderate area and culminates on a final attack to bring enemies down.

Buster Magic: upgrade all of your Magic one tier above normal, making it possible to access Tier 4 Magic at will. However, casting takes the longest time out of any Form and more MP is consumed. Does not apply to Cure Magic.

The newest additions have led me to compile all available optional paks in their own section. Customize your experience even further!

Install these in the same directory where you have the main AEO pak(s). Don't change the naming convention, which ensures these optional paks load afterwards! Lastly, any number of optional paks can be installed at the same time (even if combining PermaLightBeamBarrage and PoweredUpDoubleForm is redundant).

StarSeekerHighGlow (an emissive shiny palette for Star Seeker)
BusterFormNoHitstop (turns off the Hitstop effect)
InfiniteForms (from the mod of the same name: version now compatible with AEO)
PermaLightBeamBarrage (enables Light Beam Barrage permanently on Sora. This NO LONGER USES Modloader: unload the DFOKP and DFOBV mods!)
PoweredUpDoubleForm (enables the Super versions of Magic Hour, Miracle Hour and Final Heaven outside of Light Beam Barrage)

Lastly, note that the SecondFormWAnimations pak can be used fully by itself and is not dependant on the other Second Form paks!

Issues ordered from higher to lower relevance:
For unconventional enemies (e.g. large bosses), certain tracking or teleporting moves (e.g. Blizzard Claws & Blades Proximity Magic, DFOBV Teleport, Buster Form attacks) will fail to move you to the lock-on target, placing you instead in their root bone.
The upgraded Rocket Fist can sometimes miss its second hit.
Superslide Freeflight carries over to Airstep, not recommended to press R2/L2 during the latter.
Double Form OBV: Hits dealt during the Shotlock are no longer added to the hit counter.

Issues specific to Buster Form:
White Magic suffers from issues by combined use with Buster Form (open the spoiler to know more)
Spoiler:
Show
• Bravery will cause higher than intended FP gain by normally attacking and will give way to overly long hit slowdowns.
• Manawall will NOT take effect during actions having Superarmor (significantly present in Buster Form). It may also lead to body collision inconsistencies if after it wears out (this is restored to normal by dodge rolling).
• Haste will be dispelled by attacks with the Chronostasis effect. This includes all FP Abilities (except Triple Slash and Infinity's End) and Punish reprisals.

Many of the showcased features will not work on alternative control types
FP restoration on hit may unintendedly carry over after a Keyblade switch and it may even turn into MP restoration per hit
Counterstance will on rare occasions fail to reprisal (and go into the normal guard hit animation instead)
Punish Reprisal may occasionally fail to face enemies correctly
Deadly Dodge may very rarely fail to perform after holding Square
Reverting Punisher Mode with Dodge might make its animation lose i-frames at the end
Despite blocking attacks, the Punisher Mode transition animation is not able to trigger the Punish Reprisal
Casting magic to rapidly moving enemies will result in Sora awkwardly rotating to keep facing in their direction
Extremely rare, frame-perfect occurrences may overwrite base Sora's moveset with Buster Form's until another Keyblade switch is done
Hitstop may work less consistently after significant use of Formchange, specially on low-end systems. It also may interfere with both the victory and Game Over slowdown effects (use the NoHitstop pak to avoid this)
Buster Sword will appear with an incorrect rotation for the rest of base Sora's animations

I don't know if these can ever be fixed. Sorry about that.
