About this mod

Replaces Data Xion/Yozora's BGM with a cover of Crisis Core's "The Price of Freedom", performed by Ishimoto's own band THE DEATH MARCH.

Yes, Takeharu Ishimoto, composer for both Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core and The World Ends with You, has his own band: The Death March. While they largely do covers of TWEWY tracks, they also make original songs, as well as a couple of Final Fantasy remixes. Among them was a cover of that iconic track from Crisis Core. You know the one. That sad tune that plays as Zack takes his final stand against an army of soldiers who proceed to gun him down. :')

Death March's cover of the song turns it into an emotional rock ballad with a powerful vocal performance by Stephanie (who sang the ending themes for both TWEWY -Solo Remix- and NEO). I made this mod to bring attention to this underrated gem.

I am working on a slightly more ambitious TWEWY BGM project atm. Smaller in scale and different from Project Noise, but inspired by it nonetheless. Even so, I have no real upload schedule nor plans to take requests. I just tinker with KH3 modding for the fun of it and occasionally post the results here.

Just for fun, I also made a version of the mod for Data Terra-Xehanort. And yeah, I know its a odd choice, but I did it as a nod to my friend's Kingdom Hearts fanfiction Antipode, which you can learn more about here. Seriously, the characterization and worldbuilding is top-notch. I even made a Tvtropes page for it.

As for what part of that fanfiction inspired me to do this, well, (SPOILER ALERT!!!) it's heavily implied in a flashback that Zack fought a possessed Terra and helped the latter free himself from Xehanort's influence, though at a great cost... This will most likely be explored in future chapters.
