Modded skins made on a system with a different language are sometimes prone to breaking, if that language and the current system language have different decimal separators (e.g. 12,34 instead of 12.34). This mod sanitizes the numbers read from skin files, so that they'll be read correctly regardless of the user's or the author's system language.
Note: this mod is only guaranteed to fix the game's normal skin loading method. It may not help mods that use their own loading methods - although, as of version 1.3, it should handle practically all known examples of such.
