I used the Michi decal because I dont think any of the AI players use it. Will most likely keep updating this mod

Uses 2 decals, Michi-Michio and Essence of Decals (Defeat Hammerhead in rivals)
Renamed Decals to Cheat and Cheat with Weight
Added English version of rokmc3939239 item cheat to give all cars the basic engine.
Use latest RMM
