While Smackdown is a viable option, perhaps you prefer to see no enemies out in the open world. This mod restores the Hariti's Amulet from Y:LAD; making no enemies at all also a option.
You can purchase it for $10,000 at the Yamabiko store in Little Japan, as soon as you have that amount of cash to splash.
