Changed default Rockingham Administration to have logo´s and also people behind the windows.nothing else is changed with this file and it fits perfectly with default LFS or Vanilla.packed in winrar, unpack to LFS/Data/dds but remember to backup your default files(in total there is 2).https://www.lfs.net/forum/thread/106967-LFS-Te

just a replacement for concrete7.dds which is used for layouts as road,walls,wedges etc..but this doesnt clip and make strange noise lines on the file. the file is basically the pavement file from south city made edit with a little bit downtone and added some shading to it.colors on layout will appear a little bit darker

what it does?in Fernbay RallyX track it changes the ground to be as screenshot shows in this folder.giving it slightly more realistic look compared to default originals. Texture used is a freebie from textures.com .
