Improves the built in TTS of the game by replacing only 1 file of the game

in the vanilla game TTS is like this:

this might confusing unless you are reading from the screen, to improve that my mod makes it like this:
some guy says:
hello, how are you.
it simple to confure too, so might be adapted to other languages
Installation:
extract to the root game folder (back up the original before replacing if you want)
