Car nerd fact: stacking two 8-71 superchargers doesn't actually increase boost, because the second one only has access to the air and fuel from the first one and can't compress it any further without some way to add more, which it doesn't have. IRL the 4 tube setup with three carbs feeding the blower likely would make more power.
But the internal logic of Mad Max plus the rule of cool demand that 2 blowers > 1 blower.
