Add new cheats in "tables.sds"
* Car Price - More High (The price of almost all car is changed high. So, You can sell almost all cars at Derek's port office).
* TAXI Network (Wait bus stop ->Taxi stops at the bus stop -> Ride in the front passenger seat of the taxi).
